We hope you are delighted with your LSA International glassware; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Securely
Carefully repackage your items in their original LSA International gift boxes and place them into a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Label and Post
Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned glassware to ensure it is in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
